The support and guidance I have received since starting my career with little Zak’s Academy in 2017 has been phenomenal. I started as a room leader and with the belief and encouragement of my team and management I am now the Centre Director. I am forever grateful to the amazing team I have been working alongside over these last few years, the supportive management team and of course the beautiful children and families that have come through our doors and taught me so much about myself and how important our role in their children’s lives are. Trainee

Earn while you learn. 18 months full time employment and study on the job to obtain your qualification.
Educator – Room Assistant (Cert III)

Work as a valuable member of the team, supporting the Room Lead to implement programs and record children’s learning
Educator – Room Leader (Diploma)

Support children’s learning and development through meaningful programs.
Educator Leader (Bachelor in Early Childhood Education)

Support the learning and development of the educators at your centre. Mentor and guide your peers.
2IC (Second in Charge) (Bachelor in Early Childhood Education)

Support the Centre Director, including administrative tasks
Centre Director (Bachelor in Early Childhood Education)

Oversees the daily running of the service. Support educators, families and the children’s learning and development.
Centre Director (Large Centre) (Bachelor in Early Childhood Education)

Oversees the daily running of the service. Support educators, families and the children’s learning and development.
Area Manager (Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or higher)

Support a group of centres to oversee their educational programs and practices are in line with the Department of Education.
